Pricing FAQs
How quickly will I receive a quote?
We respond with pricing and availability within 45 minutes during working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm). Outside these hours, we respond first thing the next working day.
What is included in the price?
All quotes include professional actors, hosting and facilitation, evidence packs and props, scoring system, setup and pack-down, and travel within a 1-hour radius of our south coast base. Additional mileage costs may apply beyond this.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 14 days before the event.
Can I get a discount for multiple events?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for organisations booking multiple events or annual contracts. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our standard cancellation terms, which will be outlined in your quote.
